"No two Apples are ever the same"

Just like real ones!

How I Started.

After finishing my Ceramic degree in London, I ventured off exploring the world of Art, and created numerous amazing things in other mediums.

It was many years later, that I found a new interest with clay and this is what I am doing today, making Apples!

Why Apples?

Considering I don't eat them but only when cooked in apple crumble or pie, I find them extremely interesting both in form and colour. It has been a long standing joke in the family, that whenever we get creative I have to draw or paint an apple!

At school I was taught to paint still life and one of my favourite artists is Cezanne.

Maybe that has something to do with it!

Each apple I make is hand made, so no two are alike. That applies to the glaze as well.

It is most exciting to open the kiln and see what effects the glaze has made.

I hope you love them as much as I do.
